Standard kitchen unit sizes
In the UK, a base unit carcass is 720 mm high on 150 mm legs, so a 30 to 40 mm worktop sits at about 900 mm. Carcasses are 560 to 600 mm deep under a 600 mm worktop, in widths of 300, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000 mm. Wall units are usually 720 or 900 mm high and 300 to 350 mm deep. In the US, base cabinets are 34.5 in (876 mm) high and 24 in (610 mm) deep, under a 36 in (914 mm) counter. CAD Blocks (cadblocks.app) has free kitchen blocks at these sizes.

Makers vary, so take each unit's size from the range you specify. Plinths can be 100 to 150 mm, which moves the worktop height.
Appliance spaces
UK appliances are usually 600 mm wide: an integrated dishwasher, oven or fridge fits a 600 mm unit, and a slimline dishwasher is 450 mm. A freestanding fridge-freezer is usually 550 to 600 mm wide. In the US, a dishwasher space is 24 in (610 mm) and a fridge space is usually 30 to 36 in.
